"Once you step through the front door, you'll realize this is no ordinary dealership. These bikes are truly world-class and to pull this off, you need a group of guys who know bikes and know how to talk to customers who know bikes. Let's face it, if you're seriously looking at one of these masterpieces, it's a safe bet you know your stuff. The management, sales staff and service staff have made this a lifestyle choice and it shows. These bikes sell themselves; however, the sales staff focuses on the individual and customer service is job one. Take it from me, I worked my deal over the course of a few days and what may have driven others to insanity was met with respect and an understanding that my purchase was the most important thing to ME, and that was what mattered to them.
Service, yeah, they got that too. How about a lead mechanic with experience for miles! A direct line to the Big Bear facility and Big Bear factory trained guys to wrench on your chopper! Shop rates that are fair and work that is meticulous all add up to superior service.
Opinions are like...well, you get the point. So don't take my word for it, stop by and check these guys out for yourself. Looking at these bikes is half the fun anyway!
